Limited Warranty and Return Policy:

If the software was delivered on physical media, Intelligent Maintenance LLC warrants the media to be free of material defects for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If a material defect is found within the limited warranty period, the purchaser may return the product with proof of purchase for a replacement copy. The replacement of the software is the purchaser's sole remedy in the effect of materially defective media.

IN NO EVENT SHALL INTELLIGENT MAINTENANCE LLC OR ITS MEMBERS, REPRESENTATIVES OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROPERTY, PERSONAL INJURY, LOST REVENUE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OR RELIANCE ON THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF INTELLIGENT MAINTENANCE LLC OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
